Ø 300 Club Fundraisers for both schools
(money raised is donated back to each school on a per pupil basis)
Ø Annual Grade School and Junior High Basketball Tournaments
Ø Annual Fourth of July Street Dance
Ø Annual Fourth of July Kids' Games at the Park
Ø Annual Fishing Tournament
PAST AND FUTURE PROJECTS:
þ Contribute volunteer labor and funds to various fund-raisers and community betterment programs
þ Contribute to various park improvements including playground equipment, fence, etc.
þ Donated towards July 4th Fireworks Display concrete for the court
þ Purchased ribbons for kids' games on 4th of July
þ Donated towards the new restrooms at the park
þ Contributed to new floor at the renovated auditorium
þ Donate towards annual Fireworks display on July 4th
þ Purchased large grill for use by community/school members for the purpose of fundraising events
þ Donated time and labor to erect storage shed and replace cement surrounding gym
þ Sponsored meal at Doris' Diner after basketball games for all SHS students
þ Donated to Stuart Ambulance for defribulator
þ Held 1st Annual Fishing Tournament and Fish Fry - proceeds going to Parkside Manor
