Parkside Manor

Parkside Manor opened its doors on July 1, 1971, as a 47 bed non-profit community owned skilled nursing facility. A five member Board of Trustees, appointed by the Stuart Village Board, oversees the facility operation. The first addition was completed in 1985 increasing the licensed bed capacity to 50. A new laundry, chapel, offices and public restrooms were a part of this new addition. In January 1995 the facility added a Special Care Unit (SCU). The SCU is a quiet, secured area where individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's are able to do activities geared toward their abilities. A private secured courtyard is also available for their enjoyment. Parkside Manor is centrally located in north central Nebraska to serve you and your family with the following:

Parkside Manor Assisted Living

Parkside Manor took advantage of government grants that were offered for converting Nursing Facility beds to Assisted Living beds. By giving up 10 nursing facility beds (or 5 rooms) Parkside was able to remodel and add new construction to complete the newest renovation and addition project, the Parkside Manor Assisted Living. Parkside Manor Assisted Living opened in August of 2001 and has 10 units for individuals that are fairly independent but could use a little assistance.
